It is the mission of Distinguished Orthopedic Home Care (DOHC) to provide comprehensive home-based health services to patients and their families. You can finally choose your home as the place where professional care will be provided. There is little need to move out of your beloved residence and be forced to move into a care facility. In your own home, we can be there for you and take care of you. We strive to provide an environment conducive to nursing and therapeutic care, focused on restoring your health and ability to sustain independent living.


The objectives of our mission are achieved in the following manners:


  • Provide exceptional patient care, including advocacy, education, and support for patients and caregivers
  • Meet the individual needs of each client without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, veteran status, any other legally protected category, or ability to pay
  • Respect the patient and his/her family as individuals, assuring their right for confidentiality, respect and dignity
  • Maintain optimal standards of service leading to the highest possible quality of care
